The importance of keeping up with curret events

                                 WHY KEEPING UP WITH THE NEWS IS GOOD                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 We have learned that keeping up with current events is imporatant because we can know what is going on in other countries. It can prevent us from wars or diseases, like ebola. Knowing about diseases lets us be prevented from them and take care of ourselves and our familiy. We can also know about important inventions. It helps us create cures for diseases. We can be informed and that is good, we wouldn't be ignorants or like hermits.
