First you may ask what is a primary source, it's original materials that have not been altered or distorted in any ways. So why is it important to analyze primary sources when studying history? When we use primary sources it helps us know the hole truth without people tampering with it and changing it. We want the full truth. Detailed are important in history and if they are not addressed correctly or just wrong well get our FACTS wrong and believe in non-true stuff.
Analyzing the primary sources, help us understand events in our pasts, and since we understand that events, we can use that information for actual decisions or thinking critically, analyzing what had happened on alike cases. And that is why its important to analyze primary sources. (also, these primary sources are not edited by any non-certified or non verified person or source)
I think that having a primary source is good because the people who make text-books,books, and encyclopedias are legally considered authors and when the book goes through editing, the information is looked through and made valid before selling.
